NANC URGES DIALOGUE WITH BOKO HARAM
At our NANC Central Executive Committee meeting, held in Leeds on 14/6/2014, having had a sober reflection over the issue of serious security lapses in NIgeria, adopted a motion thus:
That the National Association of NIgerian Communities(NANC)UK called on the federal government to follow the path of meaningful dialogue that would end the insurgency in Nigeria.
We also appeal to the Boko Haram sect to sheath their sword and embrace peace.
The National Secretary was mandated to draft the resolution to be sent to the Presidency,the Judiciary and legislative arms of governance in Nigeria, with immediate effect.
